Happy Sunday! I have loved this weekend so far. Just the break from work was amazing, and I got to spend all of Saturday with the girl.
- Monday: 32.88 minute easy run
- Tuesday: 25 minute easy run
- Wednesday: Rest Day
- Thursday: 30 minute easy run
- Friday: Rest Day
- Saturday: 40 minute easy run
- Sunday: 40 minute easy run
I wasn’t planning on having two rest days in one week and I didn’t do any strength training! ack, gotta fix that. :p I felt tired this week though. I’m planning on waking up early next week (like 5:30 am! ) so that I can get a work-out in before work. I like running in the morning much better anyway. It’s the perfect way to start my day.
My run was followed by a leisurely breakfast with the girl. I forgot how much I love scottish oats! It was beautiful and sunny outside, so we ate breakfast on the porch.
The girl and I went to a park in the afternoon and had a picnic (kinda) and napped in the sun. I didn’t take any pictures, but we might go back today and I definitely would then!
Oh no! I didn’t realize how late it is. I’ve got to go get ready for mother’s day brunch. I love it only because I get to dress up and see my family, but there probably won’t be much food for me to eat since it’s buffet style… snacks in the purse are a must.
