Hello lovelies! Ahh, I’m so glad it’s Wednesday. Only two more days until the weekend, yay!
Breakfast:
Recycled picture.. I seriously fell in love with these bowls of orange, chia seeds, and almond milk. I need to get more creative with my breakfasts because I haven’t wanted oatmeal for breakfast in awhile and I don’t know what else to eat! Any suggestions?
I work in an office during the summer, so I spend a lot of time sitting. Consequently I haven’t been eating as much as usual, but then I get too hungry and tired by the time I’m out of work, so it’s hard to run when I get home! I need to plan my days better for sure… But anyway, lunch was super delish.
Lunch:
Tempeh, baby bok choy, lettuce, chili powder, tomatoes, & hummus.
A couple hours later I had my second ever OIAJ! My first was yesterday, I loved it! Luckily I had a second jar of pb that was nearly empty.

I also had a banana and pb wrap when I got home, but I didn’t want to take a picture. I was too hungry! And now it’s time for a run and dinner (which I have yet to figure out), so I’ll end here. I hope you all have a good night!

Hey sweetie! How about a Fitnessista breakfast cookie or healthy pancakes? Your eats look great! LOL I’m the same taking pics of my food at work!
you’ve got to figure out something quick to make when you’re hungry and something yum for breakfast cause it’s important! How about a shake? you can put everything and anything in those and they’re easy. If you’re not that hungry, you can pack a punch by adding protein powder, bananas and nut butters for a delish nutrient bomb!
